Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
1. General Exchange & Return Conditions
At KlarsichtMD, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you find that a product has a minor defect or the size does not meet your expectations, you may submit a request within 30 days of receiving the product by email (contact@klarsichtmd.com).
Restocking fees and conditions:
A restocking fee of €30 may apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returns will only be accepted if the items are:
- Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
- Returned in original packaging with intact labels
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Additionally, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Items Excluded from Exchange & Return
Some items are excluded from returns or refunds:
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code: Final sale — no returns or refunds.
- Clearance items: Due to their reduced price, these items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Hygiene or intimate items (e.g. nursing accessories, underwear, opened skincare): Excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.
- Shipped orders: If you change your mind after an order has been shipped, you must wait for delivery before initiating a return. Cancellation or refund prior to receipt is not possible.
3. Procedure Based on Circumstances
3.1 Defective or Damaged Item
Please contact us at contact@klarsichtmd.com with:
- Clear photos
- A description of the issue
Once we have validated your request, we can issue a replacement for your item.
3.2 Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us at contact@klarsichtmd.com with:
- Clear photos of the items received
- The items that should have arrived
Once we have validated these items, we will send you the correct product at no charge.
3.3 Item Never Arrived
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Contact us via email so we can open an investigation with the carrier
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full replacement
3.4 Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation before the order has been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you must wait until you have received it and then follow the return process.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days
The refund will reflect any applicable return or restocking fees.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the original payment method:
- Credit card: Refund to the same card
- PayPal or other methods: Refund to the original account
